Tarik Khashoggi grew up surfing locally and is now one of the more prominent surfers the 805 has to offer. He is known to push his limits in and out of the water. Current projects include his recently opened J7 surf shop located in Santa Barbara. Whether on or offshore Tarik represents that homegrown surf culture that can only be found in the 805.
